Marc Malze (born in Munich, Germany) wrote and directed fake documentaries for a satyrical TV show before studying film and directing at the German Film and Television Academy (DFFB) in Berlin. Since then, he has directed several award winning short films and commercials.
His numerous creative awards range from Chinese Advertising Award to Gold Lion and Grand Prix in Cannes. His ironic humour and his talent for pointed storytelling do not only show in his commercials - in 2007 he shot his first feature film „Monogamy for Beginners“.
